A. AI & Talking Photos

To provide "Talking Photos" and "Talking Documents," we use third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) services to analyze your uploaded images and audio. We only send the specific content you select for animation, and our agreements with these providers prohibit them from using your content for any other purpose, including training their models. We do not use your personal family photos, videos, or audio to train our own or any third-party AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent.

B. Public Sharing & Microsites

If you use our "Microsite" or "Share Link" features, you are choosing to make specific content accessible to anyone who has the link. Content shared via these methods is not encrypted via our standard Vault protections during access, as the purpose is public or semi-public viewing. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share publicly.
